Who we are

Pathways (pathways.capital) is a capital research service for startups, businesses, projects and funds in Africa. Contact: [email protected].

What we collect when you request a shortlist

• What you are financing, where your business operates, sector, stage, amount and use of funds.
• Your company name, your name and your work email.
• How you reached the page (for example the campaign link or referring site).
• A one-way hash of your IP address, used only to limit repeated submissions. We do not store the IP address itself.

Why we use it

To prepare your funder shortlist, to email it to you, and to contact you about it. We do this because you ask us to and agree when you submit the form. We do not sell your details or share them with capital providers.

Site analytics

We count page visits and form steps with PostHog, hosted in the European Union. It sets no cookies: each visit gets a random identifier that is discarded when you close the tab.

Where it is stored and for how long

Requests are stored with Cloudflare and notification emails are sent through Resend. We keep requests for 12 months after your last contact with us, then delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete your details at any time by emailing [email protected].
